		<description>The idea is this: you post something about the carnival&#039;s subject. Then you email the carnival host with a link to your post. Then the carnival host collects all submissions and puts them in one big link page. If you want to be a host, you email the carnival administrator. In this case, I&#039;m the administrator and the host of the first edition, to be held on 2/9. The second edition, 2/23, is still open; the third will be hosted by Mikael.</description>
